This CD contains a firmware upgrade to the QSI SDW-041 DVDRW

1) Log on as the Notebook administrator
2) copy this file to your HDD  - C:/ will do
3) remove this CD from the DVD drive.
4) use Explorer to find the File QSI-SDW_041-DU05.exe and run it.

The dialogue screen will tell you it is going to upgrade the firmware - OK
The processing bar moves quite rapidly at first and then seems to stop.
 
Dont panic. 
It takes about 2 minutes to complete.

Final mesage will inform you that the firmare has been upgraded .

Reboot Notebook
Operating system will "Found new hardware" upon completion 

Reboot again.

DVD drive should now process all media!!
