1.	How do I reinstall the Software on my machine?
	To reinstall your software follow these Instructions
2.	On my LifeBook L440 the 4th Battery Level Indicator Bar is blinking during the last part of charging and there isn't anything in the manual about this battery state. Is there something wrong with my battery?
	No, there is nothing wrong with the battery. The User's Guide does not document this normal battery charging state. During the last 76%-100% charging period, the 4th battery level indicator bar will appear and start blinking (see battery diagram below). Note: On a fully discharged battery, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd battery level indicator bars will appear during the first 1.5 hours of charging. The 4th blinking battery indicator bar will appear after 1.5 hours and will continue to blink until the battery is fully charged (about 2.5 hours more).
