| When performing the 1.16 update from our download site it can be tricky to
actually get the button presses right.
Hold the POWER button
Briefly press the stylus into the reset hole (keeping power button pressed)
When the screen brightens release the power button
You will then be asked to 'press HOLD to update' - this means slide the lock button into the locked
position.
The update should now perform

How to perform a Hard Reset
Slide LOCK button to locked,
Press and hold the power/suspend button
Then press the Stylus in the Reset Hole for a second, but keep holding the suspend/resume button until it the screen
turns on
Once it is restarting unlock the LOCK button and carry on.
