When performing the 1.16 update from our download site it can be tricky to actually get the button presses right.

  • Hold the POWER button
  • Briefly press the stylus into the reset hole (keeping power button pressed)
  • When the screen brightens release the power button
  • You will then be asked to 'press HOLD to update' - this means slide the lock button into the locked position.
  • The update should now perform
  • How to perform a Hard Reset

  • Slide LOCK button to locked,
  • Press and hold the power/suspend button
  • Then press the Stylus in the Reset Hole for a second, but keep holding the suspend/resume button until it the screen turns on
  • Once it is restarting unlock the LOCK button and carry on.
