Which make / models of desktops / notebooks can I trade in? |
| You can trade in any make or model of unit. |
How much will I get for my old desktop / laptop? |
| Each trade in value will be calculated on an individual basis – please go to http://www.tradeuptofujitsu.co.uk/valuator.php to work out your particular trade in value. |
How many units can I trade in? |
You can trade in 1 unit for every new purchase made. i.e. if you purchase 10 new qualifying models you will be able to trade in 10 old models.

Who pays for the cost of sending in the traded in items? |
| Fujitsu will pay £10 towards every notebook traded in and £15 towards any desktop traded. This is intended to cover the mailing costs and will be additional to any trade in value payment. |
How do I claim? |
| You will need to send a copy of your Fujitsu invoice in alongside any traded in products – full details on http://www.tradeuptofujitsu.co.uk |
